In this demo, I’m experimenting with acrylic layers to creating a background to serve as a high contrast, yet elegant and vintage background for a portrait. With experimenting, I prefer to do this on multi-media paper or in an art journal so I can make notes on the process. It turned out really nice and I hope you can use this technique for your own art.
