I had just completed my first live webinar (live online class) in 4 years. I can’t believe how technology has changed and it went without a single problem. We ran out of time and I wanted to do a follow-up. Instead of taking pictures of the final results, I recorded a high def video showing the closeups, plus how I’m able to write on the watersoluble pieces with my Staedtler Lumocolour Permanent Special liner.
Side Note: The Demystifying Your Art Products, Tools and Technique webinars will be done the 2nd Tuesday of every month. It’s free to register and registrants get a replay in case they arrived late or needed a refresher. Replays are available for 2 days, but are available 24/7 for members of Studio.ArtPlace.ca.

Hi Linda!
glad you enjoyed the video and the webinar. You can mix the watersoluble products with matte medium for permanence. Using a fixative would work for sure, except the aerosol stuff needs to be used outside. SpectraFix (spectrafix.com) can be used indoors and is perfect in a classroom environment.
I hope this helps.
