123 Project - Moving

In this 123 project I’m using 1 surface (corrugated cardboard), 2 brushes and 3 paint products to create a mixed media piece inspired by one of my YouTube fans Cheryl. She’s moving, her art supplies are packed up and thought it would be nice to create a piece using packaging materials and no extras.

It was challenging, some adjustments had to be made (nope, not editing that out) and done in real time, you can see how I get around not using a heat gun to dry the cardboard.

The “123 Project” is an art piece done with only 6 commercial art supplies.

Examples:

  • 1 surface
  • 2 brushes
  • 3 paint products

or

  • 1 embellishment
  • 2 surfaces (1 substrate and 1 college piece)
  • 3 paint products

or

  • 1 gesso
  • 2 paints
  • 3 sponges

or

  • 6 paints and use your fingers to paint with 🙂

Tools such as paint water bucket, knife, paper towels and blue box items don’t count as part of the supplies.
