So yeah, I was really inspired by some Picasso styled art I was teaching and thought.. hmmmm what if I used a paint pour method to try and create a Picasso abstract. Ok, this does end up turning into something freakish.
What do you get when you mash two master artists together? I love Kandinsky for art featuring circles and Picasso, well it’s really the faces I love.
What do you do with the left over skins after a paint pour? You can throw them out or re-use them in another piece of artwork…but storing them so they stay flat was a challenge. Maybe this video tutorial will work for you?
If you’re not into creating paint pour wall art, paint skins are great to use in other pieces of art because they are so unique.
Although this was just an experiment, you can get so many ideas for a variety of seasons.
